I ask you to understand that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel within the requisite amount of time, I lose out on the opportunity to fill that time slot. Unfortunately, untimely cancellations prohibit standby clients from receiving the opportunity to schedule services. All appointments will receive a confirmation text 72 before your scheduled service. Cancellation fees will apply and will require you to provide your credit card on file when booking. 1. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price. 2. “No show” will be charged 100% of the booked service price. 3. After multiple services not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved services’ cost. Failure to show up to appointments multiple times will result in discontinuation of ALL future services.
